Workplace Ministry Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire Services

Workplace Ministry provides the services of trained and authorised chaplains, who make regular visits to places of work, following proper negotiation. 

While on site, chaplains tour working areas, and (subject to essential health and safety or security restrictions), are available to anybody who wishes to speak to them.   Personal conversations are treated as absolutely confidential unless specifically cleared.

Organisations invite chaplains from time to time to serve on committees and other groups, responsible for ensuring the wellbeing of personnel and the smooth running of the workplace.

A chaplain may be invited to visit a workplace at short notice, to provide support in specific critical situations or when an organisation is entering a period of major change. 

Workplace Ministry can also suggest other approved professional bodies to whom individuals and organisations may wish to be referred for particular professional services.
