VISION
To encourage a positive connection between faith and economic life and to be a transformative presence in the workplace and church.

MISSION
To offer a Christian presence that contributes to the whole of economic life in Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire and beyond.

WM affirms that Mission in the Economy (MITE) is a task for the whole Church resourced by building on our specialist expertise inspired by our Christian faith.

ETHOS
WM has a Christian basis founded on the principle that Christ’s love is for all people. This principle inspires, underpins and permeates its work in today’s diverse society.

TO ACHIEVE THIS WE WILL.......
• provide a spiritual presence in the workplace
• provide confidential support to all persons during their daily work, regardless of faith or status;
• encourage people to develop to their full potential in body, mind and spirit;
• support our clients –in times of strength and of need;
• take an informed interest in the organisations that we work with
• offer support to ALL with a caring attitude to those of faith and no faith at all;
• agree an equitable basis for funding our work between our clients, the Churches and supportive donations.
