Workplace Ministry Mission

Our Mission...

… is to offer a Christian presence which contributes to the whole life of the workplace organisation and community - meeting our client’s needs and aspirations through dialogue, spiritual support and other services.

To achieve our mission, we will:

• provide a spiritual presence in the workplace to both employer and employee alike, through listening, supporting and reflecting back;

• provide confidential support to all persons during their daily work, regardless of faith or status;

• encourage people, at all levels within an organisation, to develop to their full potential in body, mind and spirit;

• support our clients – individually and corporately - in both their times of strength and of need;

• take an informed interest in the organisations that we work with and, where asked, provide (or point to) services relating to the future of the organisation and its people;

• offer all our support with a caring attitude; and

• agree an equitable basis for funding our work between our clients, the Churches and supportive donations.
